Sirloin Steak is the cut of choice for a high temperature stir fry

We love Sirloin Steak for Stir Fry dishes, and the Chinese Beef Broccoli Stir Fry is no exception! Given Sirloin is a thicker cut of meat it holds up extremely well to the extremely high temperatures of a stir fry cook. It doesn’t take too long to cook (just 2 minutes in the pan for this dish!), and good quality Sirloin is super tender and packed full of flavor

The heartiness of the Sirloin Steak lends itself well to a longer marinade. Ideally for this dish we would recommend a marinade time of 2+ hours, up to overnight. If you can get organized with your meal prep we would recommend it. The beautiful flavors of Soy, Ginger, Garlic, and Honey melt into the Sirloin which leave it rich with flavor when cooked

Some Sirloin can be on the tough side, we understand that. The good news here is when you marinade Sirloin Steak in Soy Sauce, the sauce tenderizes the meat. So again, if you can accommodate a longer marinade time, your Chinese Beef Broccoli Stir Fry will only benefit from it
